Thank you for your interest in shopping with Kip&Co! All orders for the USA and Canada are shipping from Australia.
 

TYPICAL POSTAGE & DISPATCH TIMES

USA & Canada: After dispatch from our warehouse, shipping generally takes between 5-7 business days (DHL Express) or 14-21 business days (Australia Post). During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

International orders: If you are located in Australia or New Zealand, please visit www.kipandco.com.au to place your order.

DELIVERY COSTS

USA & Canada: Delivery is $30 USD per order using DHL Express or $20 USD using Australia Post. All orders are shipped internationally from Australia. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes on orders where applicable at the point of, or after delivery. Kip&Co prices and shipping rates DO NOT include these duties, customs and taxes which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Kip&Co will not accept returns or provide any refunds for duties or customs and taxes. Kip&Co will not accept 'return to sender' where duties, customs and taxes have not been paid. Please contact your local customs office to find out the charges that will apply to your purchase.

MISSING OR LATE ORDERS

If your order has gone missing, please email us at hello@kipandco.com.au so we can resolve this for you. Please note, due to insurance limitations, if your parcel is lost in transit, we reserve the right to process a refund in lieu of shipping a replacement order. Kip&Co does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’.

TRACKING

Customers will receive a tracking number as part of our dispatch email, which you can use to track the progress of your order. In the interests of keeping your order as safe as possible, Kip&Co does not “safe drop” / authority to leave. We’ve found this method of delivery very unsafe, regardless of the name of the service!

RETURNS

All orders are subject to availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, we will issue a refund for that item. Items in a cart or wish list are not reserved. Sometimes our customers are faster than our servers and on rare occasions we may need to cancel orders if we find that stock is not available for you.

If for some reason you are not happy with your Kip&Co goodies, please contact us by emailing hello@kipandco.com.au along with your order number to arrange for a refund, exchange or credit note. Return postage costs and exchange postage costs back to Australia must be covered by the customer, unless Kip&Co reasonably agrees the item is faulty.

We take all measures to ensure the product image is colour matched. Please use the product image on our website as a colour reference, however we note that there are variances between colour settings on individual computers. Exchanges for discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard refund and exchange terms apply.

Conditions of return:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods if you would like to return an item to be issued a returns number.
  • You must return goods to us within 10 days. Returns postage costs are to be paid by the customer.
  • Goods must be unwashed, unused and in original product packaging with tags intact
  • We recommend using a traceable delivery and taking note of your tracking number… you wouldn’t believe the number of times someone has mailed something and it has gotten lost!
  • Return postage costs and exchange postage costs must be covered by the customer.

Exclusions:

  • There are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promos/promocodes for change of mind.
  • Kip&Co does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’
  • No returns on briefs due to hygiene issues (unless faulty)
  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable
  • Any questions regarding Kip&Co goods purchased at a Kip&Co stockist must be addressed to that stockist
  • Products that are damaged upon opening or damaged through unreasonable wear and tear

TRADITIONAL PLACE NAMES

This is a way for us celebrate Indigenous culture and show our respect for the many traditional lands of Australia. It’s an important practical opportunity for us all to pause and learn about our traditional lands as part of our every day lives.
 
To find an area’s Traditional Place name, you can get in touch with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Councils of Cultural Centres in your locality, or you can check out the  AIATIS map which shows the general locations of larger group of people.
